The highly versatile Steam Basket is used for cooking single meals or as a part of the Stacking System for a simultaneous preparation of 2-3 meals on the same heat source. In addition, it can also be used for washing and draining vegetables, salads, pasta and fruit.
The Steam Basket System can be used in combination with the revolutionary pressure cooking system by Zepter - the Syncro-Clik®. Just place the basket above water in a Masterpiece pot or casserole, add the ingredients, close the Syncro-Clik® lid and cook meals in minutes. Healthy eating is that simple and easy!
Zepter pressure steaming is fast, reducing cooking time up to 80%. and is cost effective saving up to 70% on energy costs. The Steam Basket’s use doesn’t stop there. It is so versatile that you can use it for any kind of food preparation: steaming, braising, steam flavouring, and Bain-Marie.
OTHER NOTABLE PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Special ‘Z’ shaped steam windows allow steam to enter the basket properly;
